The mesh button up crochet pattern is a structured, lightweight button up shirt. The shirt is constructed in panels and then sleeves, collar and button band are added after seaming. The pattern includes 9 sizes as well as made to measure instructions. This pattern is appropriate for an intermediate-advanced crocheter.

Gauge:
6 stitches (mesh) x 12 rows over 4 x 4 inches / 20 stitches (fsc) x 12 rows over 4 x 4 inches.
Materials:
~300-1000 g of DK weight cotton yarn*
4.5mm hook (or size needed to meet gauge)
5.0mm hook (or hook 0.5mm larger than other hook)
Scissors
Yarn needle
Tape measure
7-11 Stitch markers
7-11 0.5 in. buttons (enough to have a button every 2 inches)
Sewing needle and thread
*See attached measurement chart for more detailed sizing and yardage information if making it in the suggested gauge and yarn weight. Adjustments to either of these will result in varied yardage.
For the sample pictured, I used The One Cotton from Wool and the Gang
