pattern: stay toasty turtleneck

Designed to keep you toasty in the cooler months, the stay toasty turtleneck is a beautiful basic crochet piece using a knit-like stitch. Like all of my patterns, this sweater is made-to-measure, ensuring that you will be able to make the perfect fit. Along with the purchase of the pattern, you will also be able to download a tester lookbook to find color inspiration and fit inspiration. My testers toasty turtlenecks ranged from solid colored and oversized to colorblocked to super cropped and everything in between.

This simple pattern is well suited for anyone from a beginner to a more advanced crocheter.

You will need:
1000-1800 yards of bulky weight 5 yarn depending on the size and fit of your sweater.*
6.5-8.0mm hook
Scissors
Stitch marker
Yarn needle

*Since this is made to measure pattern, if you’d prefer to make this pattern in a worsted (weight 4) or extra bulky (weight 6) yarn then you can do that really easily! You will just need to adjust the hook size accordingly based on the recommendation of your yarn. (There is a part in the beginning of the pattern explaining how to find the right hook size for your yarn).
